As early as the design phase until the end of service providing, integrated logistic support (ILS) and in-service support (ISS) allow the optimal operation of our products and systems throughout their lifecycle. Our training systems are delivered and enter service with up-to-10-year-long ISS contracts.

Tailor-made ILS and ISS include on-site technical assistance for maximum operational availability of our systems. Design is optimized for smooth upgrades and obsolescence management during the product’s lifetime. ISS packages come with full customer initial and recurrent training. Sogitec successfully performs full-scale ISS for Mirage 2000, Rafale, Tiger, Dauphin/Panther, NH90, etc. devices.
